How it is done | Take
a few moments during the Chapter meeting and give the person a call. | | Let
the Brothers Andrew in the Chapter talk to the Brother Andrew who has been called. |

you need | A good phone number | | A
time for the call during the Chapter Meeting | | A speaker phone
so that all can hear the conversation | And a person near the
phone who can repeat the question or statement if the chapter member is too far
from the phone to have the mike pick up his voice. |
